Inside, it’s industrial but comfortable, lively enough to still feel connected to the city. The tap list mixes Goose Island classics with experimental brews, barrel-aged bourbon, and seasonal rotations. Goose Island’s main taproom in West Town is also worth a visit if you’re in the area, but the Salt Shed venue has a built-in concert ambiance that makes it the perfect pregame joint.
